Senator Trump moved to amend the amendment on page seventy, section six-f, line forty-two, after the word "dollars." by adding the following:  The convenience fee charged by the third-party private wine delivery licensee to the purchasing person shall be no greater than $20 per delivery order where wine is ordered by the purchasing person. For any third-party licensee also licensed for nonintoxicating beer or nonintoxicating craft beer delivery as set forth in §11-16-6f of the code, the total convenience fee of any order, sale, and delivery shall not exceed $20.
